Responsibility

• Possess an excellent understanding of visual design principles, style guidelines, design processes, and creative workflow.
• Develop UI, graphic design, and interaction specifications/guidelines.
• Research the latest practices & industry standards from the Top games to create a world-class experience for players
• Ability to take on design problems independently, present and sell design concepts
• Support design decisions from a practical, UX standard methodologies standpoint.
• Expert in working with industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Sketch / Figma / Adobe XD

Requirement

• 4+ years' experience in UI/UX Design.
• Expertise in conducting user research
• Encouraged to evangelize the UX methodologies, and evaluate and establish standard methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent presentation skills
• Real passion for gaming
• Experience in mobile interface design
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of Unity 3D and motion design is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, interaction design, or equivalent industry experience in the design field.
• Strong portfolio of design projects.
