3D Animator

Job description

We are looking for a talented 3D Character Animator to bring characters to life in engaging and expressive ways. You will collaborate closely with the art and design teams to create animations that elevate gameplay and storytelling.

Responsibility

• Create high-quality 3D character animations, including facial expressions, body movements, and interactions.
• Work collaboratively with designers
• Work collaboratively with designers, modelers, and rigging artists to ensure characters perform seamlessly.
• Optimize animations for performance while maintaining visual quality.
• Use Maya as the primary tool for character animation.
• Iterate and refine animations based on feedback to meet artistic and technical requirements.
• Ensure animations align with the overall art style and project vision.

Requirement

• Proven experience in 3D character animation with a focus on characters only.
• Proficiency in Maya and other industry-standard animation tools.
• Strong understanding of animation principles such as timing,weight,and posing.
• Ability to convey personality and emotion through animation.
• Experience working in the gaming industry or animated films.
• Knowledge of Unity, Unreal Engine, or other game engines.
• A solid portfolio or demo reel showcasing stylized character animations.
