Responsibility

• Collaborate with the creative director, art director, and other team members to conceptualize and design characters, environments, props, game UI elements, and backgrounds
• Create detailed concept art, including sketches, color keys, and final renderings, that effectively communicate the visual direction and style of the game
• Iterate on concepts based on feedback from the team, maintaining high-quality standards while adapting to changes in creative direction
• Collaborate with 3D artists, animators, and other departments to ensure that your concepts are accurately translated into final in-game assets
• Research and incorporate references to inform your designs, maintaining originality and authenticity in all visual elements
• Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the art department's growth

Requirement

• Proven experience as a Concept Artist in the game industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on characters, environments, props, game UI, and backgrounds
• Proficiency in digital painting and illustration tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software
• Strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, lighting, color theory, and composition
• Ability to create a diverse range of visual styles, from realistic to stylized, that meet the needs of the project
• Experience in designing game UI elements will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
