Associate Product Manager

Job description

We’re seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to enhancing our games through data insights and strategic execution.

Responsibility

• Assist in planning and executing A/B tests to optimize game features, progression, and monetization strategies.
• Analyze player data and game metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and feature enhancement.
• Develop new event data requirements and leverage them to enhance north star metrics.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Create and refine player segmentation strategies to improve monetization and retention (Ad Monetization, In-App Purchases, and Progression systems).
• Design and implement personalization features using tools like Firebase.
• Support game development from concept to release and live operations, ensuring smooth project execution.

Requirement

• 2+ years in product management, preferably in gaming or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Firebase, and a passion for gaming or player-centric product development.
• Experience with A/B testin

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
