Job description

We're looking for a creatively-driven Brand Manager who understands how to create viral campaigns that go beyond impressions and reach—focusing on real engagement, conversations, and buzz. Experience with digital-first brands and Tier 2 market audiences is a big plus.

Responsibility

  • Collaborate with advertising agencies to deliver compelling digital films, campaigns, and strategy.
  • Drive flexibility in campaigns by adapting agency outputs based on real-time consumer feedback.
  • Lead the entire creative process from ideation and strategy to execution and platform-specific hacks.
  • Own and implement social media strategies focused on sparking genuine engagement and conversations.
  • Craft campaigns that deeply resonate with Gen Z and audiences in Tier 2 markets.
  • Translate digital metrics into game brand KPIs to guide campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain community management tactics aligned with influencer-led and community-owned campaigns.

Requirement

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably with advertising or digital agencies.
  • Prior experience leading creative brand campaigns—especially those that went viral.
  • Deep understanding of agency workflows and creative execution processes.
  • Exposure to digital-first brand storytelling and platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
  • Ability to share 2–3 digital brand campaign case studies as part of your application.
  • Basic knowledge of digital metrics and brand performance KPIs.
  • Passion for video games is a plus but not mandatory.
