The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth in game art production by identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients. With extensive experience in the mobile gaming industry and a proven ability to secure valuable partnerships, you’ll play a key role in expanding business opportunities.
Responsibility
- Research the gaming market to identify trends and opportunities for stylized mobile game art
- Develop and implement strategies to position the company as a top player in mobile game art production
- Work with the marketing team to create campaigns that showcase our art portfolio effectively
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the mobile gaming sector
- Network at industry events and expos to generate leads and promote our expertise in mobile game art
- Craft compelling presentations to highlight the company’s unique strengths in mobile game art production
- Negotiate contracts that create win-win situations and foster long-term client relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high-quality deliverables

- Share market insights with the creative team to keep art styles fresh and competitive

Requirement
- 5 to 8 years of business development experience, ideally in the gaming industry, with a focus on mobile game art production
- Deep understanding of mobile art in games, including creative processes and its market impact
- Strong expertise in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships
- A passion for mobile game art and its integral role in game development
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and presentations
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and attend industry events
