We’re hiring a Creative Designer / Animator who can craft visually striking, on-trend content that defines the face of our games and community. From viral memes to animated gameplay highlights, your creativity will help shape our brand presence across social media, Discord, and beyond. If you know your way around gaming culture, love content creation, and can animate bold ideas at speed, this is the role for you.

Responsibility

• Design engaging visual assets for Reels, social media posts, thumbnails, and Discord banners.
• Animate short-form content such as gameplay edits, promotional videos, and community-focused memes.
• Maintain a strong, consistent visual identity across all content formats and platforms.
• Work closely with marketing, community, and social media teams to execute creative campaigns.
• Conceptualize and pitch fresh design ideas in tune with gaming trends and internet culture.
• Use tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar to deliver fast, creative output.
• Build and maintain an organized asset library for reuse and content scaling.
• Keep up with the latest trends in motion design, meme formats, and viral gaming content.

Requirement

• 3–5 years of experience in creative design, animation, or social content production.
• Solid understanding of gaming communities, meme culture, and creator platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and Discord.
• Strong motion design skills and experience with fast-paced content workflows.
• Proven experience working with short-form content formats.
• Familiarity with community engagement tools and Discord visual content.
• Strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to work independently.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous design and animation work is required.
• Passion for video games is a must.
