We are seeking a strategic Finance Manager to drive financial planning, analysis, and operations for a fast-growing, innovative gaming company. Responsibilities

• Manage monthly closure of books in SAP and prepare accurate reporting schedules.
• Approve invoices, employee reimbursements, and ensure timely processing of all vendor, employee payables, and statutory payments.
• Oversee Accounts Payable operations including document management, invoice processing, vendor maintenance, intercompany non-trade payments, reconciliations, and database updates.
• Coordinate with partners for Direct & Indirect Tax filings, GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax Returns, TP forms, and resolve any additional queries.
• Support the preparation of the annual budget plan and assist in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate actual financial results against budgeted targets, identify variances, and communicate key insights, risks, and opportunities to management.
• Lead and manage annual statutory and tax audits from initiation to closure.
• Manage the Treasury function, including bank correspondence and maintaining strong banking relationships.
• Handle ad-hoc business requirements in collaboration with local and HQ teams as needed.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong experience in SAP, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management with excellent communication skills for interacting with senior management.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and adapt to dynamic business environments.
• Highly organized, service-oriented, and detail-focused.
