Responsibility

• Lead the entire development cycle of our games, from concept to release, ensuring seamless production across all stages.
• Collaborate closely with your team to develop and refine game concepts, mechanics, and features that resonate with player preferences and market trends.
• Create and oversee production schedules, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Work with cross-functional teams to set clear goals, prioritize tasks, and establish efficient workflows.
• Proactively identify and address risks, solving challenges swiftly to maintain smooth project progress.
• Cultivate a collaborative and innovative work environment, motivating your team to deliver high-quality, creative results.

Requirement

• 5+ years in game production with a successful track record of delivering hit titles.
• Strong project management abilities, adept at leading cross-functional teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Deep knowledge of game design principles, mechanics, and player behavior, with a passion for creating engaging gaming experiences.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly, influencing stakeholders, and fostering collaboration across teams.
