We are looking for a General Manager – Game Studios to lead the vision, strategy, and operations of fast growing real money gaming portfolio. Based in Bengaluru (remote with travel as needed), this leadership role carries full P&L ownership and requires a hands-on leader who can drive innovation, ensure operational excellence, and scale high-impact game products. Responsibility

  • Own P&L for the game studio; drive profitability and financial performance.
  • Define strategic goals, develop execution roadmaps, and lead studio-wide initiatives.
  • Oversee the complete game development lifecycle from ideation to post-launch.
  • Lead innovation in game design, monetization, and retention strategies for real money games.
  • Build, mentor, and scale cross-functional teams (product, design, tech, art).
  • Collaborate with marketing, UA, and analytics teams to optimize growth and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with India’s real money gaming regulations.
  • Monitor KPIs and player data to drive actionable insights and product enhancements.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently for maximum ROI.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks related to game development and operations.

Requirement

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with 2–3 years in a leadership/GM role within the gaming industry.
  • Proven success in managing full P&L and scaling gaming products to profitability.
  • Deep understanding of game mechanics, monetization, and player behavior.
  • Familiarity with machine learning applications in gaming (e.g., personalization, churn modeling)
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience growing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in high-growth environments.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-paced setups with high ownership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
