Job Description

Join one of the world’s leading publishers behind blockbuster games across PC, Console, and Mobile. We’re looking for a seasoned professional to lead licensing and partnership efforts across the cricket ecosystem in India — expanding into regional and global cricket gaming rights. You’ll shape authentic, differentiated cricket gaming experiences by securing key partnerships with teams, leagues, players, and rights holders

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end licensing and partnership initiatives across cricket teams, leagues, players, and related IPs
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate high-impact licensing opportunities aligned with product and business goals
  • Close complex, multi-party deals with cricket boards, clubs, player associations, and sports agencies
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships across the cricket ecosystem in India and globally
  • Provide market intelligence on cricket licensing trends, media rights, and competitive opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, publishing, and marketing teams to execute partnership strategies
  • Maintain a centralized repository of licensing agreements, rights coverage, and key performance metrics

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in licensing, partnerships, or rights management within gaming, sports, or entertainment
  • Proven track record managing the full lifecycle of licensing deals — from identification to closure
  • Strong understanding of India’s cricket landscape, stakeholders, and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience developing and sustaining strategic partnerships in dynamic, competitive environments
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Deep business acumen and ability to align licensing objectives with overall company goals
  • Prior experience working directly with cricket boards, clubs, or sports associations
  • Background in video game publishing or mobile game licensing, ideally within sports or cricket genres
  • Understanding of IP law, licensing frameworks, and rights management in gaming and sports media
