We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead and optimize business strategy, financial management, and day-to-day operations. This role will focus on improving efficiency, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and driving growth. Responsibility

Requirement

• 18+ years of experience in operations and finance, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, and compliance
• Experience managing multi-functional teams and optimizing business processes
• Hands-on knowledge of governance, policies, and regulatory frameworks
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts, drive business growth, and lead teams
• Excellent skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication
