Marketing Manager

Job description

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing leader in the Real Money Gaming space, we’re looking to hire a Marketing Manager specializing in CRM and Player Retention. This role will be responsible for strategizing and executing multi-channel campaigns that span the entire customer journey—from acquisition and engagement to win-back and loyalty. Based in Bangalore, this is a high-impact opportunity to help grow player LTV and reduce churn through insight-driven marketing.

Responsibility

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app) across player lifecycle stages.
• Craft personalized and compelling messaging for different player segments.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to implement features that boost retention.
• Manage promotional calendars and ensure campaigns go live on schedule.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, offers, and messaging to improve engagement.
• Use CRM platforms and analytics tools (e.g., CleverTap) to track player behavior, retention, churn, and LTV.
• Create and refine player segmentation models for highly targeted communications.
• Deliver regular performance reports and provide data-backed insights to improve results.
• Personalize player experiences through dynamic content strategies.

Requirement

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, or customer retention roles; 2+ years in Real Money Gaming is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of player behavior, game economies, and monetization models.
• Experience with CRM platforms like CleverTap and strong campaign analytics skills.
• Proven ability to drive growth in LTV and reduce churn via lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Solid communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
