Responsibility
- Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills in handling large performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to drive game growth and profitability.
- Independently strategize, implement, and optimize mobile campaigns on major platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok and influencer marketing.
- Innovatively identify, negotiate, and develop creative solutions for user acquisition.
- Build and manage global marketing partnerships to support user acquisition efforts.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing, presenting results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, ad monetization, data, and creative teams to support full lifecycle marketing and drive business growth.
- Maintain expert knowledge in user acquisition and proactively raise concerns about potential future issues.
- Continuously source new partners to diversify and expand the marketing portfolio.
Requirement
- 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on media buying, user acquisition, or performance marketing, ideally in the mobile app space
- Passion for mobile advertising and staying ahead in the mobile app market
- High proficiency in Excel, with SQL skills as a bonus
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Finance, Business, or related fields
