Marketing Operations Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager (APAC) to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and support campaign execution across the region. This role is crucial for driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and enabling data-driven decision-making that empowers the marketing team to deliver world-class campaigns in the gaming and technology industry.

Responsibility

• Optimize marketing workflows and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and campaign performance across the APAC region.
• Coordinate and facilitate campaign execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, track OKRs, and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Provide training and onboarding support for marketing team members on tools, systems, and best practices.
• Manage internal processes, including purchase orders, contracts, and compliance with financial/legal standards.
• Ensure marketing compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and IP standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional marketing teams to improve alignment, reporting, and execution.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with proven success managing multiple projects.
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels, channels, and performance metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, managing competing priorities effectively.
• Experience working with cross-functional and regional teams with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience in field marketing operations within tech or gaming industries.
