In this full-time, work-from-office role, you will craft visually stunning 3D animations, immersive UI transitions, and cinematic trailers that bring our game worlds to life. Responsibility

• Design high-quality 3D motion graphics, stylized transitions, and in-game UI animations that enhance storytelling and player immersion
• Create engaging 3D animation content for game trailers, teasers, and social media marketing
• Collaborate with game designers and marketers to storyboard motion sequences that reflect game narratives and brand identity
• Maintain a consistent visual motion language across in-game elements, menus, and promotional content
• Animate text, logos, and interface elements using 3D animation software
• Manage rendering, post-production, and optimization for cross-platform outputs.
• Organize and maintain animation asset libraries for future use
• Troubleshoot animation and rendering issues during production
• Actively contribute to creative brainstorming sessions with fresh visual ideas and motion design innovations

Requirement

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in 3D motion graphics, 3D animation, or motion design in the gaming or entertainment industry
• Proficiency in Unity, Unreal Engine, or any game engine used for motion and UI animation
• Strong grasp of animation principles, motion graphics trends, and visual storytelling
• Experience with animation tools like After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya
• Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines with quality outputs
• Understanding of user-centric visual design, player psychology, and UX/UI design principles
• Keen interest in mobile games, with a drive to stay updated on gaming industry trends and visual effects innovations
