Nodejs Developer

Job description

We're looking for a skilled Node.js Developer to join our team. You'll be building and maintaining server-side applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and smooth integration with front-end services. You’ll work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, real-time gaming features

Responsibility

• Design and build scalable backend services using Node.js to power our gaming platform.
• Develop and fine-tune RESTful APIs that support various gaming features.
• Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL to handle game data efficiently and ensure smooth gameplay.
• Optimize database queries for better performance and scalability, ensuring the platform can handle increasing loads.
• Contribute to the overall architecture, ensuring the platform is robust and scalable.
• Identify bottlenecks in the system and address them to improve performance.
• Write clean, maintainable code and ensure everything is well-documented.
• Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure smooth communication between the backend and frontend systems.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand and deliver on project requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and reliability.

Requirement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in backend development with a focus on Node.js.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, etc.
• Familiarity with GraphQL for efficient data querying.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Passion for gaming and an understanding of the gaming industry is a plus
