Product Manager
Job Description
Join a leading game studio building world-class casino and slot games. As a Product Manager, you’ll own the platform systems that power these experiences — from OGS (Online Gaming System) to integrations and configuration tools. You’ll collaborate with creative and technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing products players love.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and roadmap for slot platform systems and backend tools
- Translate business, player, and regulatory requirements into actionable product specifications
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities in online gaming systems
- Collaborate with design, engineering, QA, and release teams to deliver high-quality, on-time features
- Own the end-to-end delivery process — from concept through launch and post-release optimization
- Partner with operations and support teams to ensure product scalability, monitoring, and maintainability
- Bridge cross-functional communication between game design, tech, art, and compliance teams
- Support certification, demos, and stakeholder communication across all product milestones
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product management or ownership within software or gaming products
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, or platform-based products
- Knowledge of casino or slot game systems and regulatory frameworks such as GLI or RNG
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Unity, Unreal, or Cocos game development environments
- Passion for gaming, product design, and creating high-quality player experiences
- Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced, and cross-functional teams
