Product Manager

Responsibility

• Own and drive the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Define and prioritize features based on user insights, data, and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and revenue teams to deliver end-to-end product solutions.
• Monitor KPIs daily, identify trends, and take proactive steps to improve product health.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and emerging product strategies.
• Implement product rituals and design processes to streamline development.
• Break down business problems into actionable product initiatives using ML concepts.

Requirement

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on comfort working with data.
• Experience in metrics-driven environments and making data-informed decisions.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of navigating uncertainty to deliver results.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab
• Familiarity with ML-driven systems including personalization, experimentation, and model evaluation.
• Prior experience establishing product rituals and design frameworks is a plus.
