Product Manager

Job description

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Product Manager to join our mobile gaming team in Helsinki! In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and optimizing our mobile games, taking them from initial concept all the way to launch and beyond. You’ll collaborate closely with our talented teams in game design, development, marketing, and analytics to make sure our products not only meet player needs but also align with our business goals.

Responsibility

• Establish and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile games.
• Collaborate with game designers and developers to craft engaging gameplay experiences that connect with players.
• Conduct market research and analyze player feedback to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
• Develop and prioritize product features and requirements, ensuring they align with the broader business strategy.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data-driven insights to guide product decisions.
• Partner with marketing teams to formulate effective go-to-market strategies and promotional initiatives.
• Guide cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
• Promote a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team.

Requirement

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the gaming or mobile app industry.
• Strong understanding of mobile game development processes and player engagement strategies.
• Proven track record of managing successful product launches and optimizing user experiences.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Experience with A/B testing, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Knowledge of game monetization strategies and metrics.
