We’re hiring a passionate and data-driven Product Manager – Revenue & Live Ops for a leading real money gaming company based in Bengaluru, India. In this high-impact role, you'll design and optimize live events, promotions, and monetization strategies to grow revenue while maximizing player satisfaction and retention. Responsibility
- Develop and lead the Live Ops strategy, including event calendars and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with Game Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Monitor live performance and player feedback to identify optimization opportunities.
- Design and iterate monetization systems, virtual goods, and in-game offers.
- Balance and manage in-game economy for sustainability and engagement.
- Run competitive analysis to benchmark trends and strategies in the real money gaming sector.
- Leverage analytics and ML insights to track KPIs such as LTV, retention, and conversion.
- Create and run A/B tests to validate new features and strategies.
- Contribute to the product roadmap with data-backed prioritization.
- Draft detailed specs, user stories, and product documentation.
- Advocate for a player-first monetization philosophy
- Keep stakeholders informed with reports on performance and future plans.
Requirement
- 3+ years in product management or live ops within free-to-play or real money games.
- Proven success in launching high-performing live events and monetization features.
- Strong understanding of game economies, IAPs, subscriptions, and player behavior.
- Expertise in analyzing complex datasets to drive product decisions.
- Familiarity with ML applications like personalization, churn prediction, and pricing.
- Excellent communicator and cross-team collaborator.
- Able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Self-starter with high ownership and initiative.
- Strong leadership skills focused on team empowerment.
