Responsibility

• Develop and lead the Live Ops strategy, including event calendars and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with Game Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor live performance and player feedback to identify optimization opportunities.
• Design and iterate monetization systems, virtual goods, and in-game offers.
• Balance and manage in-game economy for sustainability and engagement.
• Run competitive analysis to benchmark trends and strategies in the real money gaming sector.
• Leverage analytics and ML insights to track KPIs such as LTV, retention, and conversion.
• Create and run A/B tests to validate new features and strategies.
• Contribute to the product roadmap with data-backed prioritization.
• Draft detailed specs, user stories, and product documentation.
• Advocate for a player-first monetization philosophy
• Keep stakeholders informed with reports on performance and future plans.

Requirement

• 3+ years in product management or live ops within free-to-play or real money games.
• Proven success in launching high-performing live events and monetization features.
• Strong understanding of game economies, IAPs, subscriptions, and player behavior.
• Expertise in analyzing complex datasets to drive product decisions.
• Familiarity with ML applications like personalization, churn prediction, and pricing.
• Excellent communicator and cross-team collaborator.
• Able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Self-starter with high ownership and initiative.
• Strong leadership skills focused on team empowerment.
