Join our dynamic team as a Senior 3D Character Artist! As a 3D Artist, you will collaborate with leads to define project specifications, model and texture high-quality 3D art, and guide junior artists to ensure timely delivery. Responsibility

• Collaborate with the Lead to clearly define project requirements and specifications.
• Communicate any ambiguities or queries regarding project assets to ensure clarity on specifications and timelines.
• Establish a clear approach and daily targets for asset creation before starting work.
• Gather relevant references to guide the modeling and texturing process.
• Efficiently model and texture complex assets, adhering to established processes and specifications.
• Act as a “polishing 3d artist” to finalize the work of junior artists and support post-production tasks, including making assets game-engine-ready.
• Analyze project information for effective work breakdown and competitive effort estimation.
• Manage productivity by completing high-quality art assets on time, minimizing iterations and QC errors.

Requirement

• 5+ years of experience in a 3D game art.
• Proficiency in software like Maya, 3D Studio Max, ZBrush, Photoshop.
• Familiarity with additional tools like Substance Painter, Mudbox, Marvelous Designer, and asset creation for Unreal Engine will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the 3D character creation process, including organic and inorganic modeling.
• Ability to model and texture 3D characters effectively under production conditions, meeting deadlines and client requirements.
• Excellent planning, supervision, and estimation skills for game art asset creation.
• Strong communication skills regarding deadlines, project issues, and resource planning.
• An eagerness to stay updated on the latest game art production tools and technologies
