Senior Game Designer

Job description

We’re hiring a Senior Slot Game Designer to take full ownership of slot game concepts, mechanics, and live operations. You’ll collaborate across teams to craft deeply engaging games, backed by strong game math and player psychology.

Responsibility

• Design and develop innovative slot game mechanics and concepts.
• Create and maintain comprehensive game design documents including GDDs, wireframes, and specifications.
• Work closely with art and engineering teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality game experiences.
• Conduct playtesting, gather insights, and iterate based on user and stakeholder feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into your designs.
• Drive continuous improvements in the game design process and methodologies.
• Own the entire design pipeline from concept to live ops, ensuring gameplay quality and engagement.
• Propose and implement new features to keep the gameplay experience fresh and evolving.

Requirement

• 4+ years of experience in slot game design within the gambling industry.
• Strong understanding of advanced RNG mechanics, mathematical balancing, and game progression.
• Ability to produce detailed GDDs and define algorithms involving complex calculations.
• Demonstrated ownership of key game features from concept through live release.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Deep passion for slot games and understanding of player psychology.
• Basic or advanced knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
• Experience with animation tools like Lottie or Canvas-based graphics.
• Familiarity with high-traffic game frontends or similar interactive systems.
