Senior Game Designer

Job description

As a Senior Game Designer you will lead the creation and development of game concepts, working closely with artists and developers to bring ideas to life. Manage game design documents, ensure timely project delivery, and stay updated on industry trends to maintain high-quality standards

Responsibility

• Develop and pitch game concepts to the development and publishing teams.
• Create detailed prototype specs and Game Design Documents (GDDs) for approved games, ready for production.
• Manage asset lists and ensure clear communication of requirements to the team.
• Collaborate with and guide artists and programmers to achieve high-quality output.
• Take responsibility for hitting milestones and delivering projects on time.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and ensure game quality and concepts match the best in the genre.

Requirement

• 5-8 years of professional game design experience
• Published mobile games where you have been responsible from concept to end product
• Working knowledge of Unity with the ability to build levels and handle some of your tasks within the engine
• Good team management and communication skills with working proficiency in English
• Self-motivated disposition and take ownership over the quality of their work
