Looking for an experienced Game Producer to lead game projects from concept to launch, manage teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality games

Responsibility

• Lead Game Production from concept to launch, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
• Client Communication: Act as the main contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Team Leadership: Guide the production team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
• Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with design, art, development, and marketing teams.
• Quality Control: Ensure the final product meets quality standards.
• Risk & Problem Solving: Identify risks early and resolve challenges quickly.
• Mentorship: Support junior team members and promote their growth.
• Tool Proficiency: Use tools like Jira, Trello, and have basic knowledge of Maya and Photoshop.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine the game.

Requirement

• Should have at least 5 years of experience in game production
• A degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Project
• Management, or relevant experience in game production works great.
• Got experience in managing client relationships and handling communications in a production setting.
• Must know how to lead game projects from start to finish, turning ideas into launched games.
• Good at leading teams and keeping everyone inspired, motivated, and on track.
• Explain ideas clearly, whether talking to the tech team or non-technical folks.
• Great at fixing problems quickly and keeping things moving smoothly during production.
• Can pay close attention to details and are super organized.
• Must understand the tools and technology used in game development like game engines and production software.
• You’re passionate about gaming, with a solid understanding of the industry and what players want.
