Senior Product Designer–Onboarding & Meta Systems

Job description

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the UX design for our payments and transaction systems. In this hybrid role based in Bengaluru, you'll craft seamless, secure, and intuitive experiences for financial transactions within our real money gaming platform. If you're passionate about fintech, gaming, and creating elegant interfaces that build trust and conversion, this is the role for you.

Responsibility

• Define and execute the UX vision for onboarding flows, progression systems, and meta features.
• Design user journeys that drive early engagement, daily retention, and long-term loyalty.
• Conceptualize social features, leaderboards, collections, events, and other meta elements.
• Build reward systems such as loyalty programs, virtual currencies, and personalized incentives.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or similar tools.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, game designers, and data teams.
• Solve complex design problems around long-term engagement and behavior loops.

Requirement

• 5–8 years of UX/UI experience with a focus on platform, gaming, or engagement design.
• Proven success in designing features that improve onboarding and retention.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills backed by a compelling portfolio.
• Deep understanding of user behavior, gamification, and progression systems.
• Experience designing for real money games or social platforms is a strong plus.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on, high-agency work style.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
