Senior Unity Developer

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Unity Developer to lead the development of high-performance slot machine-style games. This role focuses on performance optimization, game math implementation, and modular architecture for scalable game development.

Responsibility

• Develop high-performance, cross-platform slot machine-style games using Unity3D and C#.
• Implement and integrate gameplay logic, animations, sound, and visual effects.
• Build modular architecture for game logic, UI components, and assets for reuse and scalability.
• Translate mathematical models into gameplay logic with accurate RTP, randomness, and payouts.
• Optimize performance using Unity Profiler, memory analyzers, and diagnostics tools.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, sound engineers, and backend developers for full game integration.
• Work with Addressables, asset bundles, and prefab pooling for efficient asset management.
• Maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code with adherence to game development standards.
• Support LiveOps integration, remote config, and in-game analytics systems.
• Contribute to internal tool development to aid designers and QA teams.

Requirement

• 5+ years of Unity3D experience with a focus on slot or casino-style game development.
• Proficiency in C#, Unity Editor scripting, and component-based architecture.
• Experience in game math modeling, RNG testing, jackpot and payline logic, and volatility tuning.
• Strong background in performance profiling, memory optimization, and runtime diagnostics.
• Understanding of prefab pooling, addressables, asset bundles, and localization strategies.
• Hands-on integration experience with animation systems, haptics, and sound engines.
• Familiar with version control tools (Git), CI/CD workflows, and Unity Cloud Build.
• Experience with Unity ECS, DOTS, or platform-specific compliance in regulated markets.
• Knowledge of Lua scripting or integrating third-party scripting tools.
• Experience with Unity Multiplayer, Photon, or mirror frameworks is a plus.
• Exposure to server-side development and in-house reusable slot engines or frameworks.
