Senior Unreal Game Programmer

Job description

We are on the lookout for a Senior Game Programmer with a strong background in Unreal Engine to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this position, you’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing top-notch PC games.

Responsibility

• Develop and implement gameplay features, systems, and mechanics using Unreal Engine.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize game functionality, ensuring high performance and quality.
• Debug and profile code to identify performance problems and improve overall game performance.
• Contribute to game architecture and engine enhancements to push the boundaries of what’s possible in PC gaming.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve your skills and the team’s capabilities.
• Mentor and support junior programmers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirement

• 5+ years of experience in game programming, with a focus on Unreal Engine.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with gameplay programming, AI systems, and multiplayer network programming.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git or Perforce.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your contributions to shipped PC games.
• Experience with shader programming and optimization techniques
• Knowledge of physics systems and animation frameworks within Unreal Engine.
