Responsibility
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to increase user base for casual games.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- Identify new user acquisition channels and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and user preferences in the gaming industry.
- Maintain budgets and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders regularly.
- Optimize existing campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Build relationships with external partners and agencies to enhance acquisition efforts.
Requirement
- 5+ years in user acquisition, preferably in the gaming industry
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, PPC, SEO, and influencer marketing
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, or similar)
- Knowledge of user segmentation and targeting strategies
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with mobile game marketing and monetization strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently.
